When the energy crisis hit in 2022, my previous energy venture… like many across the sector… came to an end. 

Rather than stepping away from the market entirely, I used that moment to pivot. I re-trained as a full-stack software developer, diving deep into software architecture, automated data pipelines, and modern web application development.

I returned to the commercial energy space in 2025 to launch Wolf Pack Energy and brought a totally new toolkit with me. 

I wasn’t just looking at energy procurement; I was looking at how to help business owners stand up to the energy suppliers when something goes wrong (standing up to bullies!), and how to help utility managers reduce admin, reduce costs, and to check whether efficiency investments are delivering in the real world (solving problems).
